Delivery

When your order is processed for delivery by courier, you will receive an email and a text message (if you have supplied a mobile number) alerting you that your order has been processed and is ready for collection by our courier DPD Local. On the day of delivery, you will receive a notification by the same method with your estimated one-hour delivery time slot.

DELIVERY COSTS

UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands)

FREE delivery for orders £75 and over. The subsidised cost of £8 is applicable for orders under £75 when shipped via DPD Local.

Orders under £80 and 1kg can be shipped by Royal Mail for £4.50.

Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & Scilly Isles

Delivery is £29.40 or £19.80 for orders £75 and over.

Orders under £80 and 1kg can be shipped by Royal Mail for £4.50.

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders placed before noon Monday to Friday for a UK delivery will (under normal circumstances) go out on a next working day delivery. Except for the following:

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & Silly Isles: 2 days
Scottish Islands: 2-5 days
