How COBB Works

The elements that make up COBB

1. Dome: Made with stainless steel and heat-resistant handle. The holes in the Dome ensure even ventilation throughout the cooking process creating an oven effect.
2. Grill Grid: With an easy to clean Teon® non-stick coating. Excess fat drains away through the holes and into the moat.
3. Griddle+: Depending on the product model, the COBB may also come as standard with the Griddle+ instead of the Grill Grid. In addition to non-stick coating, the Griddle+ is specially designed to maintain higher temperatures, ensuring your food is grilled quickly and evenly.
4. Fire Basket: Secured area for the CobbleStone or loose briquettes.
5. Stainless steel moat: Catches all excess fat. The moat can also be used for cooking vegetables.
6. Base: With anti-slip rubber feet, the base remains stable and cool to touch during use.

The COBB^® is packaged complete with an instruction manual.

All parts are replaceable and are also available separately.

All parts are dishwasher safe, excluding the base of the COBB that can be wiped clean easily.
